Latent Sonorities is a project which aims to develop transcultural tools that decolonize and repatriate musical knowledge between artists, the public, and archival institutions.

Featuring an ensemble specially assembled for Berlin Asia Arts Festival this performance will use an open-source sample pack of professionally recorded Indonesian instruments, tunings, and instruments found in Rumah Budaya Indonesia. Two pairs of transasian electronic musicians will provide two improvised performances, invoking the sonic diasporas of their ancestors.Admission free
