The event "Poetry, Music and Landscape Painting" combines three central elements of Chinese culture: traditional landscape painting, poetry and music. An evening that celebrates the rich Chinese culture in a unique way. During this event, artist Lili Yuan will present her fascinating Chinese landscape paintings. Inspired by nature, she creates ink and color drawings on rice paper under her hands, forming the image of mist-covered mountains and trees. Her works, whether in black and white or in color, reveal a deep understanding of the fine art of composition. Complementing this visual experience is selected Chinese poetry. Her themes are profound and emotional, opening up a glimpse into the mind and cultural background of China. The musical accompaniment is provided by Ruirui Ye on the traditional arching board zither (zheng). Her playing creates an evocative tapestry of sound that harmoniously combines the poetic and visual elements of the evening. An event that not only reveals the various facets of Chinese culture, but also allows the audience to experience the interaction between poetry, painting and music.
