Takeo Oshima is a slam poet from Japan. In 2014, Oshima completed the world's first 24-hour one-man poetry reading performance. In 2015, he participated in the international poetry slam SLAMons & Friends (in Mons, Belgium) as a member of the Japanese team. In 2016, he won Poetry Slam Japan 2016 and reached the semifinals of the Poetry Slam World Cup in Paris. The same year, Oshima participated at The Annual Brussels International Underground Poetry Fest and Israel Slamstival. In 2018, he took part in Poetry Slam Richesse des Langues in Monreal, Canada.
