Lutz Längert is a Berlin-born and Berlin-based cultural worker with extensive experience in the conception, production and management of art and cultural projects. He has been a board member of the cultural association Förderband since 2007 and is involved in the conception, foundation, development and management of various projects, including the festival Kunst am Spreeknie, the district culture project in Berlin Schöneweide, the Industriesalon Schöneweide and the network Schöneweide Kreativ. Lutz has also served on the Treptow-Köpenick district's advisory boards for decentralized cultural work and cultural education.

Since 2014 he has been involved in the Moving Poets Berlin project to establish NOVILLA as a center for art, creativity and encounter. In 2019, Lutz founded the association MoBe Moving Poets Berlin and started his work as association chairman and as curator of mainly intercultural and interdisciplinary art and culture projects.
