Prof. Đặng Ngọc Long is a concert guitarist, composer and actor. He graduated in classical guitar from the Hanns Eisler Academy of Music in Berlin and was a student of Prof. Inge Wilczok from 1985 to 1993. Today Đặng Ngọc Long acts as artistic director of the International Guitar Competition & Festival Berlin and is director of the Music School Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.

Đặng Ngọc Long's musical influence extends beyond the borders of Germany, with concerts in countries such as Hungary, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic, France and Austria. A recognized musician and composer, he has written a variety of works for various formations, many of which were selected as required pieces at the International Guitar Competition & Festivals Berlin.

In 2009, Đặng Ngọc Long was awarded the title of Honorary Professor of the University of Kyrgyzstan. Away from the music scene, he expanded his artistic skills through Special Actors Coaching with actress Kristiane Kupfer from 2012 to 2017 and has appeared in several film productions.
