Berlin-based artist Ariel William Orah was born in Bandung, Indonesia, and is dedicated to art and culture as a community catalyst. His work and research focuses on themes of social and climate injustice, identity, memory, and scarcity.

Orah has presented numerous works in the field of performing arts in recent years, including GAUNG and ARYATI, which have been presented at renowned institutions such as Ballhaus Naunynstraße and Uferstudios. His musical range extends from solo albums under the pseudonym ravenative to performances with various bands and ensembles such as grau&, soydivision ensemble and RANGKĄ.

In 2017, Orah founded the collaborative platform and artist group soydivision. In addition to his artistic work, he is also a curator and researcher, with curatorial work ranging from NNN Fair 2021 in Rotterdam to KAUM Performance & Film Festival in Berlin. His research projects include innovative initiatives such as Transtrauma FM and T_AKUT.
